I think I personally know of at least 3 people who made Taco Soup this week, including myself. We just finished off a 3-day pot of tacoliciousness this 14degree evening.
It’s the perfect winter meal, chock full of yummy goodness: peppers, onions, beans, cumin… what could be more satisfying?
And I know it’s not, like, super party season or anything, but almost every time I have a party I make this soup because it’s just so economical to feed a large crowd. Oh, wait! Super Bowl is coming up (not that I personally care, but hey…)
