This time we made Spinach Feta – holy jeez.. it’s tasty! It worked out to be 187cal per bowl (wow!) so we’re happy about that. It’s great when you can get something that tastes really great without being very fatty.

So the East Side Market makes a Spinach Feta and every Saturday afternoon we check the soup bar to see if it’s on hand, which for the last month it has not been, until last Saturday when we were able to taste it and make a general idea of what might be in it to mimic at home.

Mushrooms, potatoes, spinach, Salty Sea Feta and a tiny bit of half and half. Yum.

I’d give you the recipe, but I sort of winged it.
