This is fan-freaking-tastic… it’s so yummy and probably gets all 5 of your vegetable servings in one drink.

(for two people)
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 oz of salsa (or some onion & some spices on hand)
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 dash of your favorite hot sauce
- water to thin and ice to cool
for a sweeter variation, drop the salsa and add a cored apple. do not peel anything, just cut the tops & bottoms, chop and blend all ingredients until smooth and to the consistency you like.
