MozzaPuffs…

Ingredients:

  • 1 can refrigerator biscuits (or home made for longer recipe)
  • equal number of 3/4″ cubes of mozzarella
  • fresh basil
  • thinly sliced tomato
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • Cavender’s Greek seasoning

Take the biscuit and make a small well in the center. Place tomato, cheese & basil and then pinch the biscuit closed. Sprinkle parmesan & Cavender’s on tops and bake at 350ยบ until golden brown.

We ate them before we could photograph ’em. Sorry.
