MozzaPuffs…
Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits (or home made for longer recipe)
- equal number of 3/4″ cubes of mozzarella
- fresh basil
- thinly sliced tomato
- grated parmesan cheese
- Cavender’s Greek seasoning
Take the biscuit and make a small well in the center. Place tomato, cheese & basil and then pinch the biscuit closed. Sprinkle parmesan & Cavender’s on tops and bake at 350ยบ until golden brown.
We ate them before we could photograph ’em. Sorry.
