So I just got to it yesterday, finally, after all these seeds have been sitting for the last 2 months just waiting to be sown. Justin & I took a small trip out to Job Lot yesterday and picked up some last-minute supplies, a few more packets of seeds (and of course now I have too many onions).

If this all goes as planned we will have a TON of green beans, Italian peppers, jalapeƱos, poblano peppers, brandywine tomatoes, roma tomatoes, gardener’s delight tomatoes, cucumbers, bitter lettuce mix, carrots, peas, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, canteloupe, squash and grapes.

I only started about half of each packet as a test and also so I could have two harvests. We’ll can what we can’t eat up and share. Our neighbors have kale, broccoli and lettuce, a variety of peppers and a mixture of tomatoes as well. We both have herbs, of course.
